Renewable and Non-Renewable Energy Sources – Primary School Darda

Activities on renewable and non-renewable energy sources were carried out to develop students’ environmental awareness and encourage critical thinking about a sustainable future. Students explored different energy sources, their advantages and disadvantages, and their impact on the environment, with a special focus on the importance of renewable energy and preserving natural resources.

Students analyzed sources such as solar, wind, hydro, geothermal, coal, oil, and gas, comparing their benefits and drawbacks. Through various tasks, they practiced identifying key information, discussing ideas, and drawing conclusions about sustainable energy production.

For the final part of the activities, tasks created with the help of the AI tool Base44 were used. The use of artificial intelligence increased student motivation, participation, and interest in ecology and sustainable development while strengthening awareness of environmental responsibility.
